Louisa Lovasz

Louisa started playing cello at the age of 12 and by age 15 performed in the Southern Stars orchestra for the first time. It was this experience that began her passion for performing and led to her involvement in numerous musical theatre productions throughout the Illawarra. She was the principal cellist of the Wollongong Community Orchestra for five years and has been a member of Steel City Strings since 2019.

 

Louisa has taught cello for a number of years and greatly enjoys being able to pass on her musical experience. Her goal is to inspire in her students the same passion she has for such a rich and versatile instrument as the cello.
